Melinda has been in the construction industry for the last 30 years. She founded DS Constructors 15 years ago and is proud of the work her team continues to accomplish over the years.
She loves spending time with her daughter visiting fun places.

James is a skilled and strategic construction manager with 20+ years of experience as a general contractor, carpenter, and estimator. He excels in coordinating multiple projects and has a proven track record of maintaining strong owner relationships.
He enjoys supporting his local Scout troop and can often be seen dodging laser's or foam darts shot at him by his children.

Joe has been a skilled onsite commercial construction manager for over 35 years, overseeing multi million dollar retail and industrial projects to small tenant finishes. DS benefits immensely from his expertise leading our field team members.
He enjoys going to live music events and venturing to Mexico with his wife.

Mick got his construction start in the residential world, doing remodels and out of the ground custom home builds. Now for DSC he juggles marketing and helps the pre-construction team prepare proposals and bids.
When he's not doing James' bidding he's letting Samson in or out the back door, whichever one is the opposite of where he is now.

With over 40 years of comprehensive construction experience, Terry is a dedicated professional committed to project excellence and client satisfaction. Terry is an incredible asset to the DS team.
His love for people is only surpased by his love for dogs (and all animals).

Geoff has been adding his creative solutions to tricky problems in construction project management for 6 years. He has been doing an incredible job with DS Constructors especially when assigned to our higher education campus projects.
He currently has 5 dogs, 2 cats, a guinea pig, and 2 horses. He has been playing hockey every week for three decades!

David excels in planning, executing, and delivering complex construction projects. With over 30 years of experience, his ability to lead teams, meet budget and schedule targets, and manage cost control and risk management along with great stakeholder communication skills make him an invaluable Senior Project Manager.
He’s currently learning three languages and, on the weekends, you’ll find him sailing his catamaran or enjoying the great outdoors.

Despite his youthful appearance Trevor has been in construction for nearly a decade. Most of his experience prior to DS was in large multifamily structures and he has applied that experience along with his inimitable detail oriented drive to deliver projects on time and on budget.
He enjoys playing basketball, drums, and producing music. He has two kiddos, and happens to be a quadruplet!

Gohar has been in accounting for 22 years. Our team benefits from her modernizing our financial systems and digitizing our processes. She helps the Project Management department with monthly reviews to keep every dollar in check for our clients and building owners.
Her favorite pastimes include reading and traveling and of course spending time with her grandson.

If you have visited our office or called our main line you have been greeted by Cali. She is growing her experience not only answering phones and filing invoices but also in her knowledge of construction and how to manage projects by visiting job sites and assisting project managers.
She enjoys hiking Rocky Mountain National Park and other local trails with her family on the weekends.

She is applying her recent experience in a similar role with a larger construction company to not only answering phones and filing invoices but also developing her knowledge of construction management and assisting the assistant project managers.
