He enjoys supporting his local Scout troop and can often be seen dodging laser's or foam darts shot at him by his children.

Joe has been a skilled onsite commercial construction manager for over 35 years, overseeing multi million dollar retail and industrial projects to small tenant finishes. DS benefits immensely from his expertise leading our field team members.
He enjoys going to live music events and venturing to Mexico with his wife.

With over 25 years in construction Caleb is an experienced estimator. His attention to detail creates highly informative budgets that make the transition from preconstruction to mobilization practically seamless.
He can be spotted with a bowling ball in his hand or roller skates on his feet. Just not at the same time.

With over 30 years of experience, David excels in meeting budget and schedule targets. His strategic thinking, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills make him an invaluable Senior Project Manager.

Mick got his construction start in the residential world, doing remodels and out of the ground custom home builds. Now for DSC he juggles marketing and helps the pre-construction team prepare proposals and bids.
When he's not doing James' bidding he's letting Samson in or out the back door, whichever one is the opposite of where he is now.
