  • Two Projects One Roof – EPDM and HVAC

    We’re proud to share the successful completion of two major upgrades at the Loveland Museum: an EPDM roof replacement and comprehensive HVAC improvements, including new RTUs, curbs, roof-mounted ductwork, controls, electrical, and supporting mechanical upgrades. Being awarded both projects allowed our team to coordinate the work simultaneously, streamlining scheduling and minimizing impacts to operations.   • Keeping Loveland’s Public Spaces Safe, Clean, and Bright

    We recently completed skylight replacements for the City of Loveland, upgrading aging, leaking / broken glass with new Kalwall Daylighting Insulated systems. The work took place directly over active public lobbies, requiring precise planning, safe temporary structures, and close coordination with City and Chilson Center staff.   • Adaptive Reuse of Former Fire Station in Dacono, Colorado

  • Weld County Weeds Building

    Insulation Replacement A quick project for Weld County in a metal garage/warehouse; old insulation was removed and new R30 ceiling and R19 wall insulation was installed with a heavy duty vapor barrier facing. All seams were taped to make for a complete vapor seal and metal strapping was installed every two feet to ensure the insulation will stay in place for years to come.   • Lincoln Gallery Façade Renovation Project

  • Industrial Cleanroom

    Fort Collins, CO A 5,500 SF section within an existing manufacturing facility underwent a comprehensive transformation to create an ISO Class 7 Cleanroom for precision equipment production and testing. The project demanded a meticulously sealed environment with variable pressure differentials and featured a specialized modular ceiling system.   • Potentilla Farm

    A Division of Fort Collins Nursery In collaboration with The Fort Collins Nursery, DS Constructors successfully completed the Potentilla Farm project in 2023. This involved designing and constructing a 4,388 square-foot grow processing facility and 12 Hoop Houses on 45 acres. Despite facing challenges such as budget adjustments, water tap restrictions, and pandemic-related delays, we adapted by drilling a domestic well and a fire well with high-pressure pumps. Our safety program and commitment to the safest work environment without accidents are ongoing and expanding as we grow. We have maintained an EMR rating of 84 for the past three years, illustrating our commitment to health, the environment, and safety.

Quality

DS Constructors LLC Construction Quality Management program starts the moment notice to proceed is given. A CQM manager will be assigned and lead this stage of the project, working with subcontractors to deliver the best quality material and workmanship to the project. Then, a detailed project-specific quality management plan is developed and implemented.

We will schedule a project kick-off meeting with the owner's representative and all stakeholders, as their input is always critical to a successful project, to ensure the owner's needs and expectations are met.
