Potentilla Farm
A Division of Fort Collins Nursery
In collaboration with The Fort Collins Nursery, DS Constructors successfully completed the Potentilla Farm project in 2023. This involved designing and constructing a 4,388 square-foot grow processing facility and 12 Hoop Houses on 45 acres.
Despite facing challenges such as budget adjustments, water tap restrictions, and pandemic-related delays, we adapted by drilling a domestic well and a fire well with high-pressure pumps.
We successfully met all Potentilla Farm’s deadlines for the 2023 potting season and subsequently added three more hoop houses to support their growth. This Design Build project, initiated in 2021, exemplified our commitment to innovative problem-solving and on-time project delivery.
