Bar & Grill Renovation

Complete tenant finish for a family owned restaurant. DSC installed a commercial kitchen, bar and seating area with some equipment provided by the owners. Interior finishes consisted of polished concrete floors, custom tile, custom metal wall panels, curved soffit over the booth area, custom bar with concrete counter top, custom metal soffit above bar, and a large window between kitchen and seating area. 

New roof top mechanical equipment to service the kitchen was mounted, energized and ducted. The space was originally a gym and required a full acoustic overhaul. Another major hurdle overcome was the existing plumbing as built plans were incomplete and incorrect. DSC worked closely with the engineers to correct the design and install the necessary equipment correctly.
