Keeping Loveland’s Public Spaces Safe, Clean, and Bright

Keeping Loveland’s Public Spaces Safe, Clean, and Bright

We recently completed skylight replacements for the City of Loveland, upgrading aging, leaking / broken glass with new Kalwall Daylighting Insulated systems. The work took place directly over active public lobbies, requiring precise planning, safe temporary structures, and close coordination with City and Chilson Center staff.

To protect visitors and minimize disruption, we built overhead protection, temporary tunnels, and walls; even completed portions of the project after hours. Our team delivered the project on schedule, and value-engineered key savings, allowing the City to reinvest in exterior painting and additional repairs.

City staff appreciated our respect for their operations and the cleanliness of the jobsite and we appreciated the collaboration in making it happen.

One of the City Project Management staff kindly said the following:

“Your team absolutely knocked it out of the park. The Chilson is a notoriously challenging facility to work in, and we did not receive a single complaint related to safety, working conditions, or construction activities throughout the project. That speaks volumes about the professionalism and care your team brought to the site.”
