Adaptive Reuse of Former Fire Station in Dacono, Colorado

2025 was a busy year for municipal building renovations. The City of Dacono had an old abandoned fire station building that was in rough shape. DS Constructors converted the building into space for the Engineering / Public Works divisions. Construction was on a very tight schedule but DS’s team was able to plan ahead, quickly address concerns and navigate hurdles to avoid delays and complete the project on time. The City of Dacono is very pleased with the project and their new facility, noting DS’s quality organization, execution and care for their clients.
